It's the 25th and that means Joe is another month old.
Joe loves to put his fingers in his mouth. We've been able to get him to laugh recently and he is as smiley as ever.
Jasper wanted to get in on the photo fun. Jasper is almost 35 months old. (I don't have a shirt sticker for that.)
Joe is also grabbing toys that are above him. Such independence! It's nice to be able to put him down and see him stay happy.

You find adorable characters in your dish drying rack.
You're so short on time, the remains of your child's peanutbutter and jelly sandwich and leftover tater tots will do for lunch. I think there's a wee bit of broccoli on that plate, bonus!
You discover that most of your kitchenware can become entertainment.

Jasper and I put together take-home treats for his preschool class. I found some animal valentines at Target for $1 and made mini banana coconut muffins. We added some red and pink M&Ms to create a goodie bag to hand out tomorrow. We have a class picture with all of the students and I used it to help Jasper decide which valentine to give to each classmate. He enjoyed punching holes in the corner of each card to attach to the goodie bag. For some reason, he wanted to keep all the koala valentines for himself.
Wait a second, he's sneaking a muffin!!
Joe is doing great. He's eleven weeks old and very smiley. Jack recently was able to get him to take a bottle. The little guy quickly fell asleep in dad's arms.
Jasper became very excited one day when I pointed out that he and Joe were both wearing orange shirts. We thought we'd take some pictures. I believe what resulted is a good representation of how much Jasper loves Joe and how much Joe enjoys the attention...to a point.
We ended Christmas Day by going to cousin Debbi and Todd's place for dinner and a gift exchange.
